2002 Road King Won't Start
Have a 2002 Road King FLHRI that won't start. Storing it for my grandson stationed in Germany. Been starting it every once in awhile but now won't start. Cranks good, fuel pump sounds like it is running, carb cleaner will make it fire, and it has fuel in the tank. What is the sequence an experienced Harley owner would take to isolate the problem? All help appreciated.

sounds lie it isn't getting fuel , pressure test for the pump , check to make sure not throwing any codes. test the wiring to injectors are getting signal to open and close. make sure fuel lines are clear and flowing fuel to the injectors.
A freebie check also is to make sure the quick disconnects on the fuel line is seated and allowing fuel to flow through. they have been know to wear enough that the shut of fuel at the disconnect, usually just unsnapping them and reconnecting them will make them work correctly.

Not being a Bike guy let alone a big Harley I'm new to some lingo. First I should have said I know it's not getting fuel by doing the wet plug ck. Have a new battery and it cranks good. I assume CZshooter that you mean a trickle charger for Tender. Don't know how to read the codes but see that somewhere on Mr. Google.

Clogged fuel filter. Bike is definitely not getting fuel since it will fire with the carb cleaner. Keep that gas tank full of stabilized gasoline. If it's not full, over time, the empty sidewalls inside the tank could start rusting if the protective coating is worn away. Keeping the tank full keeps the oxygen away and therefore no oxidation.
