I got my clutch recall notice yesterday. Having it done Saturday. Dealer says they put a rebuild kit in the clutch master cylinder. (takes an hour and a half) I have no symptoms but am curious how many may be experiencing clutch issues. Apparently after the bike sits a while the clutch may not disengage when squeezed, resulting in bike to move forward unexpectedly.
I asked my dealer about the 24 hour "quarantine" as they call it. They said they would not need to keep it 24 hours and they are just going to do the recall procedure when I bring it in.
Had mine in for the Stage 1 with SuperTuner, they had it overnight. It has lunged forward a bit when starting cold from the get-go. After it is warmed up not a problem.
It's still the same as when I took it in for the recall.

That is an option for the dealer if they have the kits in stock.
I can feel mine wanting to move forward when I start it in gear with clutch pulled in, but I think that's normal. (My 01 and 03 softails did the same thing) How do you like your tune job? I am still debating a FP3 or just letting the dealer reflash me.

So far it is fine, It takes off a lot better without having to slip the clutch, no clatter from the engine like before if I didn't slip the clutch a little too much for my liking.
At the lower RPMs it pulls much better and I can be at lower revs without it lugging now in the higher gears.
Feels a little quicker but as with any performance improvement I've done on anything, that feeling goes away quickly with the more seat time I have. I'm around 10% across the board of power increase and about 15% at the peak levels.
Got my recall notice yesterday too. So far, no problem. But I only have 2800 miles on my 16 Limited. Glad to hear they can fix it so fast. I was afraid it would cut into what is left of the riding season here in Ohio.
