Dtc codes 3200 and 3203

Do these codes mean I need to replace the ignition coil? Or is there any other possibilities?

Not familiar with those codes. Generally most Harley codes are:
Sensors and Motors (P0051-P2304)
ABS (C0652-C1573)
Battery, Ignition, Lighting and Accessories (B0563-B2274)
CanBus (U0001-U1317)
Radio Diagnostics (B2006-B2027)

You (probably) transposed the digits. And your problem is pretty much narrowed down to a faulty coil.

P2300 Ignition coil driver low/open (front)
P2301 Ignition coil driver shorted high (front)
P2303 Ignition coil driver low/open (rear)
P2304 Ignition coil driver shorted high (rear)
