Have you thought about raising the passenger foot boards up to a higher position? Might help keep her legs off those bars and its a cheap fix.
I dont remember if the '07 allows for that or not but the '09 I had did but its worth looking into. If you can, there will be three mounting holes that you can have those passenger boards in. They're usually mounted in the bottom so you have two adjustments to go higher and bring her feet up a little.

Although, then the back of her calves might be resting on the bars. I just have to look at the "body mechanics" of how she sits on the bike. I'm thinking about just buying the saddle bag supports that Weavr99FLHT suggested as the fitment guide states it will fit my bike.Great suggestion! Thank you!!

Nah! Harley likes to play it like every bike is unique to the model. All the same chassis in the touring line up. Pretty much everything will interchange to a certain degree. That's what's great about this forum. If you're unsure, someone here has tried it, and will give you the pros and cons.
