Draggin Baggers!!!! Grrrr
I have been going back and forth with dragginbaggers, actually with whoever they have charging their credit cards about getting a full refund on my credit card. I have disputed it and it was put put back and disputed it and put back many times. Finally I got something in writing from the auction service I guess who is the one who charged my card, whom technically I NEVER did business with. I now got their "updated" policy no refunds which was not the case when we all ordered. In fact I remeber Tony making posts on here about he will take care of everyone and offer refunds. Anyone have those posts?
I made the comment that I would be happy to return the product but have had no address to return the product to. Today I am next day airing the product to the auction house who did the billing. I have no one else to return it to. Their letterhead has an address on it. In the letter is lies and more lies. These people are lowest of the low!!! In my letter I wrote to my credit card company I said they can have the crap back, i dont want it, but with no address for dragginbaggers and no one returning emails and answering phones it is kind of hard to do.
I know their is a website out there that you can get webpages that have been changed. It is like a WWW history bank or something. Anyone understand what I am talkin about? Here is everything that was included in my dispute from DB. The auction house, or dragginbaggers wrote this who knows. I am just confused at this point.

Small claims court, joe brown or judge judy might be the best way to get a pound of flesh from this vendor. Here is the website, but no one answers the phone.

For anyone else getting his BS that their is no warrenty you can go to this link
https://www.hdforums.com/m_733351/tm.htm
he clearly states where he says a one year warrenty before he decided not a good idea since everyone is wanting money back.

Thanks for answering all these questions Tony. I'm liking everything I'm hearing so far....So what kind of WARRANTEE are you backing your product with???

I sold my setup and lost $100, but it was easier than trying to get a refund, I was getting nowhere
with Tony, these guys rarelyanswer emails, great customer service! I think if they had done some more testing
before they came here, it might have gone over much better. But wait, the forum members were all part of
the R+D team for Tony, I wouldn't mind doing the testing if we were getting the systems at cost.
It was a great idea, just very poorly executed, hope they learned a valuable lesson at our expense.
Peace
