Windshield for 2017 Street Glide
I searched and could not find a thread dedicated to this subject. Just purchased a 2017 Street Glide Special. Love the bike and plan to keep this one primarily stock since my need for speed is met by other bikes, but the buffeting is bad. What windshield is best for these bikes. (I had a Madstad on a 2009 RG but the owner of Madstad informed me they could not create a good windshield for the batwing.)

$6000 later....I have a RCX, FP3 and a whole bunch of other goodies. You can say it now but you will eventually cave. Don't resist, it only hurts more.
For buffeting, Fork deflectors and a taller windshield worked for me. I have a Clearview Recurve but there are plenty of other really good ones out there.
I might be part of a really small percentage here but I like the sound of my stock exhaust. I don't have any problem with people who want to change it but in my opinion Harley spent a lot of time making it sound the way it does and I am ok with that. No plans to upgrade anytime soon. Just the right volume as to be heard but not so loud I want to wear ear plugs when I ride it.
And NO, it's not becuase I am too cheap to buy upgraded pipes.
