Mustang deluxe seat

After checking this seat out, looks like the super touring with a pattern seating surface. It is about 2" wider for the rider, and 2" wider for the passenger than the wide touring. My wide touring is wider in the sides of the seat compared to stock. If you can reach the ground with stock seat, you might need to think of that. If I was a little shorter than the 6' that I am, I wouldn't be able to reach the ground flat footed with the mustang.
I can still reach ground ok with
Mustang .

Saddlemen Explorer Ultimate Comfort, wife and I both happy with it for 2 years now, but I have GOT TO SAY that new Mustang seat looks fantastic.
Thanks for posting leadman.
I WOULD LOVE to try one out, Mustang outdid themselves this time, if I knew a site that would let us try it and return it if it didnt work ... hmmm ...
I have always been a Mustang fan on my metrics, never had nor would have a bike without one but I tried two on the Road King and they didnt work for me. One was the Vintage and the other, forgot the name for more leg room but did not try the one pictured above, I doubt it was out 2 years ago or I would have.
I need a seat with good lower back support and no backrest, plus its important for my wife to have the comfort and room, we do a lot of interstate riding.
The Saddlemen works great, not crazy about the look but you do what you got to do.
Does the seat raise you up? Im 5'11" and felt very cramped on the Road King until we bought the Saddlemen seat, the Saddlemen raises you up an inch or two, nice lower back support with no backrest, much like Harleys Hammock and gave me a lot more leg room, also the lower back support of the Saddlemen was far superior to Harley Sundowner.
This new Mustang looks like it will do all this as well, good looks to boot. I also like the material and quality feel of the Mustangs as well as they seem to have much better quality control.
Not so with the Saddlemen but again, the seat does work perfect for us, its just a matter of looks.
I would be considering this Mustang pictured for looks, quality of materials and hope it gives me the same comfort and room for my wife as what we have now.
