Touring with your touring bike

My 2002 UltraClassic was a garage queen with 24k on it. Looked better than new. Since I bought it in May, I have put 4000 miles on it. And that's with me having a heart attack the 29th of June and not riding for 5 weeks. Last weekend was my first decent ride. I rode 300 miles on Saturday to West Virginia, and returned a different 300 mile route on Sunday.

My wife is unable to travel long distance on our bike. To get from Florida up to the mountains of GA
we would pull or put the bike in the back of the truck. I am lucky to have her to ride with me at all.
If you see us riding my bike and ask me did I trailer it?...instead of the long answer, expect to hear : "WTF do you care how the heck I got here?"
Chuck (Lung cancer sucks).

We bought a 33ft toyhauler for comfort and the ability to take the bike with us, just in case she feels good enough to ride. She's in early her early 50's with a degenerative bone disease.

You have such a small narrow mind, best to keep your thoughts to yourself.

With my toy hauling trailer versus tent camping or staying in a motel.
I can bring my dogs along, cases of of beer (some counties are dry) 2 refrigerators (one for specifically for beer) and my gas BBQ, firewood, A/C and heat, a nice clean bed (no bed bugs or roaches) nice clean private bathroom and shower, TV, stereo, my tools, computer, guns, a lots of extra clothes, and have we also have our truck with us just in case it's pouring down raining etc.
Cost for RV camping is about a 1/3 to 1/4 the price of a motel room.
RV camping is only about $10 a night more than tent camping.
I usually stay a month at a time and get the monthly rates that works out the cost to be around $12-$18 a night.
