Reaper 574 Cams
Posted in the Rushmore section but wanted to post here too. I just finished installing Reaper 574 cams on the 2015 Street Glide. Great choice, took me two days to do (work in between). I also used the S&S adjustable pushrods. Lifters and everything else internal remains stock. Intake and exhaust are V&H with their FP3 tuner handling the tuning. I am thinking of switching to a PCV down the road, but it works fine for now. I just want easier adjustability for individual maps.
Power is good (who doesn't want more though?) with throttle response spot on. Its a little soft below 2500, then comes on like a banshee all the way to 6000. Throttle roll on while on the highway is really good, with plenty of passing power. Sound is excellent. I have RC Components slip ons with baffles to keep the noise from being ridiculous. When I did the first start up after installing cams the mufflers were off and it sounded beautiful, but I don't think I could live with the noise of no baffles on longer rides, plus I like listening to my radio.
