Infotainment went nuts on me
Went to start the bike today and nothing. Radio didn't come on, fuel injectors didn't fire, nothing.
Tried it a second time and the bike started but the infotainment screen was blacked out. Started riding to the shop to see if they could tell me how to reset it without being able to see anything on the screen.
Pulled over to give it one last shot. Shut the bike down, restarted it, and the radio screen said I had an incoming phone call and asked if I wanted to transfer it to the handset. I pressed "no". Radio screen came up.
Started riding again and noticed, I had no audio out of the radio. Some of the functions didn't work. Then a screen pops up and said I had a call from an unknown caller. The number displayed was cell phone, which was in the Tour Pak. I pulled over and looked at the phone and it wasn't doing anything.
Tried to turn the radio off and it wouldn't go off, so I rode to the shop. They pulled the bike in right away because they didn't want the radio to run down the battery, since it wouldn't turn off.
Thirty minutes later, the service manager comes out and says there is a phone call hung up in the radio, like the caller never hung it up. He gives me the number and it's some 888 number. I thought he was going to be my cell phone, but it wasn't. He somehow was able to clear that out and then the radio started working again, but he couldn't explain any of it. He said he'd never seen or heard of anything like that.
I asked him to check and see if I had the latest version of software and he said the was one version newer so he upgraded it.
Have you ever seen anything so weird with the Infotainment System?

My radio has stayed on after shutting off the bike as well. Both times is while the phone is bluetoothed to the bike.
First time was right after receiving a call. I stopped to return the call and it stayed connected and asked about tranferring to the handset.
Second time it happened, i shut off the bike and made a call right away. Same results.
I've come to the conclusion that the radio stays energized with the switch off for a couple minutes. Now if i stop to make a call, i turn off my phone bluetooth and make the call.

Came back from Sturgis week quite few rain here and there and some hail not sure if it was the moisture since screen was clear no fog but one whole day every time I select a destination screen will go black no directions. Even though it played music and CB worked fine had to use wife's bike for some destinations.
