I purchased my Rinehart's from Eastern Performance. Called them today about the one tip I had that was turning purple. They said call this number (877) 282-7473. I did and got a Bub answering machine and left my information. Got a call back in a couple hours and the gal took all my information. To make a long story short. They are sending me replacement caps along with a pre-paid mailer to return my old ones. For those of you having warranty return problems, I hope thishelps.

 

Had true duals installed before bike had 1 mile on it. Now have 2200 miles. Tips are still black. Had Stage 1 and Dyno done when Rineharts went on. I have another question about Rineharts. Does anyone else notice small rust looking pit marks on their pipes?. Mainly on muffler portion of the pipe. I have it on both sides of the bike.They are very samll. Have to look real hard to see them. Can feel the pitsif I slide my hand across the pipe. I have call both of the phone numbers mention in this forum - no answer back yet.
