Tall Riders in the Rain
#21
Oh I think I read it correctly. The last sentence asked if there was anything to attach to the top of the lowers to block rain. I've never seen anything. Fork fangs will help some.
The first 3 sentences explained the issue with your delicate legs getting wet when it rains, and the issue with your GW buddies being mean and inconsiderate to you.
You tossed up a softball. Several people swung at it. What did you expect?

It's a good question. I rode three hours in the hard rain last year with a Goldwing driver and even his feet weren't too wet. Even my Kawasaki Concours keeps me dryer than any Harley and it barely has a faring to speak of for the legs.
And while rain gear can keep a rider somewhat dry, the spray coming over the tank and into the face is still a pain in trying to see. The bungee cord towel suggestion sounds like a really good idea. I'm kind of hoping the Rushmore fairings have helped this problem as well.
