Default Check Engine & Battery Lights?

Got on the bike started it up ,, let it warm up and away I go NOT ,, I didn't even make it to the Highway before my Check Engine Light & Battery Light came ON .. Looked at the gauge and only charging to about 11 Volts .. So I go back home hook up the battery tender ,, wait a few hours and start the bike in the garage ,, all seems to be good charging about 14 volts & No Lights..Forgot to add that the battery tender was hooked up before I started and the light green .Where do I need to start looking?? The bike is a 2012 Road Glide Ultra

More than likely you're looking at replacing the voltage regulator. Went through that with my 12 Ultra classic and it was an intermittent problem that finally showed itself in front of the service writer and they replaced it under warranty.

My bet would be a bad voltage regulator. Mine did the same last summer...apparently a bad batch of voltage regulators in 2012.
If I remember correctly there was a service bulletin on this issue.

Start with the free and simple , check both ends of both cables for corrosion or looseness, then have battery load tested if no problems with cables are found. if Battery checks out then do or have a charging system diagnosis done.
