Puf some baby powder around the head gasket area.

Try removing the air filter and use carb spray to clean the air bypass area for the idle control.
I hope I said that right.

Every time I look around it sounds like it's coming from the throttle body
I've taken off the air filter and still makes the same noise. Should I take the throttle body off and clean everything I guess

How about the top front motor mount? Just something to look at.

I would be spraying every rubber mount with silicon lube for sure before I started disassembling anything.

My bike had the same chirping sound. One of the bearings in my roller rockers went bad. Only one was bad but I had all 4 rockers replaced. Problem solved.

Hell I hope the brand new ones didn't go bad. But a possibility. The thing that confuses me is its not constant. I feel if it was a broken part it would be constant than random
