I have a pair of stock airshocks from my 05 FLHRSI that will give you the 1" that you want. You won't need anything else, just bolt them on and go.
They came off my bike years ago when it had 9500 miles and they look like new. $70 plus shipping.

Any of the 12" shocks will work. The early 54631-02b kit was 2) 54661-02 shocks. The later 54635-09 kit is 2) 54636-09 shocks. I believe the latter has lighter valving. The later Street glide shocks are marked 54662-09. I have 2 pr of the early style, 1pr 2013 Street glide, 1 pr 2014 Sg adj, and 1pr 2016 Sg adj.
