Will a value priced laptop with say 4gb memory and 128gb drive be sufficient to run the Centurion?
I will need to pick up a laptop if I purchase the scanner.

I picked up a super low budget HP laptop at Costco just for this purpose. It works fine, but it's not a Mac.

You might enjoy owning a laptop. I haven't used used a desktop at home in 14 years. I enjoy sitting in my recliner.

I doubt you need anything special. You could ask them, but I bet basic one would work

I can confirm that it works with Windows 11. Mine updated on its own yesterday to 11, and I checked it today and all is well.

I recall reading something about TTS doing something different because of the Windows OS so I kinda panicked when mine updated. It was a sigh of relief that it still works.

I found it, this is on Steve Cole's FB page from April 2022.

Introducing Mastertune BT
Today we have released a major update/change in the TTS Software for tuning your HD bikes. For the past several years Windows has been making changes to how their system operates and the PC's have been changing the way the hardware works with the Windows Software. We have tried to keep things working with all the older systems but that is no longer possible. So the new software has been split, now into a newer version (Mastertune BT) and the older version (Mastertune2HD). The Old version will no longer receive any further updates unless something is found to be broken. That product is now under the "Legacy Applications" on your Software updater. It will work with all our previous and current interfaces and run on Windows XP through Windows 10 applications. The New software is under "Current Applications" and is for Windows 10 and newer and it will no longer support our original Black colored Serial Interface that was sold up to mid to late 2012 . The new software allows us to increase the speed of the systems and the speed at which we can get the data from the ECM.
This is a real big deal as the original HD ECM's only sent the data out at ~ 2 frames per second. These ECM's used a 4 pin Diagnostic Port Plug and were used from 2001 - 2014 model years. So at two frames per second there is a ton of data that you never get to see, as the engine at idle (1000 RPM) fires each spark plug 8.33 times per second. So at idle you are missing ~ 75% of what is really happening! Our TTS software package ONLY, was able to increase the rate from the ECM data up to ~ 6-8 frames per second depending on what you were recording, so while that is a huge improvement (3 - 4 times as fast) it was still very slow. Now at 6000 RPM the engine fires each spark plug 50 times per second. So it still looks terrible but it was the best we could get the ECM's to do.
Then in most 2012 - 2020 models HD moved to the 6 pin Diagnostic Port Plug and the communications speed increased to ~ 8 -9 frames per second which was just slightly better than what we had been able to get the old ECM's up to, We went to work and were able to get the speed up with our TTS software and new Blue colored interface ONLY, up to a range of 38 frames per second and as the ECM's continued to change over the model years that was slowed some to 32 frames per second. So we were still running 4 times faster data speeds than anyone else is.
Then the 2021 models came out and they took a huge step backwards, and the data rate went back down to ~ 2 frames per second again! With this newly released TTS software package from today we have once again knock the data rate back up to ~ 28 frames per second and add all the exclusive TTS features back into our 2021 and 2022 product line. Over the next few weeks we will continue to add more calibrations for the 2021 - 2022 models as we are only about 1/2 way through what we have released today for the new platform so far. So check your updater, say once a week for the next several weeks to continue to get the additional calibrations.

Thanks for all the info you have offered on this. I think you've sold me on this as the way to go. it's nice to hear from those that used it rather then speculation about what's available just googling it.
