Default Returning to stock headers??

Has anyone ever returned to the stock headers, after going aftermarket catless?

Can you use a PowerVision on stock CAT headers and will this help in anyway with heat reduction, comparable to heat with HD original factory tune?

Just curious...

I'm going to answer your question with a question.

Why would you want to put your CAT back in your exhaust.

The EPA forced Harley to put it there and that is the only reason its on your bike.

Yes you can use your power vision. Call Jamie at FM.

2 reasons I was debating this:

1) decrease the sound level

2) getting rid of the old car smell I didn't have when the CAT was in place.

That said, I'm guessing I've forgotten how much better the bike runs now without the CAT.

3) don't need to layer up as much for winter riding.

Others have the tuner with stock headers, but it won't reduce the heat much.

Well then, F it, because I'm not going back to that absurd amount of radiated heat.
