It`s not like I`m new to the shark nose. Had an `84 Flt for 11 years. Then this `09 FLTR for 7 years. Yesterday I was favoring the looks of the RG and took one out. Didn`t even get out of the lot and could feel the weight up front. Had no negatives on the SG so sealed the deal. About $5k depreciation after 7 years of hating the black paint so couldn`t go wrong. Cosmic Blue looks way better to me and now ABS to boot.

Most dealers I've talked to are selling more Sharks these days!

in 2013, i walked into the dealer, picked out a RG in the color i wanted and made the deal. I REALLY liked the looks of the RG. had never ridden a RG, only night train and an Electraglide Police.
while they were doing the paperwork, they twisted my arm and made me go for a test ride ( i really didn't want to ).
came back and told em i didn't like it and sorry i wasn't going to buy it. didn't like so much stuff sitting way out in front, didn't like the riding position, and much more wind in my face than i liked. naturally they threw another windhield on and made me take it out again. the wind problem was cured, but still felt "funny" riding it.
they had a SG in a color i liked, so i bought that. and have really liked it. but now i have two bikes very similar. the EG is stripped down and looks like a SG.
now i have the itch for a Road Glide again. none of the 16 colors appeal to me, and i have the nagging suspicion that something BIG is coming for 17 .................
