Need mirrors to see past the luggage

Thank you everyone for your input. I'm thinking tomorrow I'll blast down to the "local" dealership (Carson City, NV) and give them a chance to solve the problem. If (when) they fail I might just buy everything you all have suggested (Harley entenders, extensions, long stem mirrors and Kuryakyn entenders) and see if anything works and send back what doesn't. Wow. Big hammer approach but I'm not quite sure how to otherwise solve the problem at this point, and it needs to get fixed because I'm doing a 2,200 mile ride next month.

They also make a little extension for using your old ones. You can see mine on the Harley on the left. I made then on my lathe from CRES hex bar but I copied them from seeing them in a catalog. Think I probably added a 1/2" to the longest one and the next size up hex. Of course, they are only polished and not chrome however. Mirrors are still clear. Strange since my 1100 Yamaha that is balanced and has rubber mounted risers vibrates so bad, the mirrors are pretty worthless for clarity.
