Mark gave you a good diagnostic test for the compensator. Not a huge expense to repair. Find an air pump for the rear shocks. Will make the ride more comfortable. Congrats.

Thanks. Did the steps outlined in the diagnostic test that Mark gave and didn't hear any clanking, banging or otherwise unusual noises before I stalled the engine. And got the air pump yesterday - shocks were set at 15psi and upped it to 30psi. Rides much better now.

I ride with the rear air shocks at about 20 psi.
About the stock tire air valves being difficult to get a gauge or air chuck on. I solved that PIA with a Tire Guard pressure monitor system, so I don't have to always be checking the pressures unless the tires really are low. Removing the right saddlebags helps getting to the rear tires valve.

I noticed that's the recommended psi for solo rider in the weight group. Since my wife does ride with me, on occasion, I figured I'd try 30 to see how it feels. I may have to look into the Tire Guard system. I'll probably going with a 90* cable stem when it comes time to replace the tire.

Bike looks great. I really like the WWW's, I think I'm going to go that route when I replace my tires.
