Hell, I'll play even if this is old... 1364 from Hays Kansas to Charleston SC. Unplanned, sucked, but was necessary.

Coming back from Gatlinburg (FLSTS rally), I rode from Platte City, MO (just north west of Kansas City) to Billings, MT. 18 hours, and just a tad over 1100 miles. Needed to make up a bit of time as I had a rear wheel bearing go on me in Cookeville, TN (closed on the Monday, towed into Nashville) which slowed down my progress.

1430 miles. Left cape breton at 4 am and rolled into winchester va next morning at 4 am.

I bet "good custom" seat would really work out for you bryan. good luck
For me about 535 miles, from my house (in MD) to Oakridge, TN, while on a 2-Week Cross Country trip (last Summer, celebrating my retirement).

530 miles. When we moved from SoCal, I rode the big twin. The mover hauled the other two. At about the 450 mark, I developed that tingling thumb that lasted for months. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Not the tingling…the ride. Veterans Hwy north out of Mesquite NV was tough. One lane half way up…15/20mph. First time I ever experienced overheating.
Vortex thread?

Rode approx 950 miles in one day , would have been less if I hadn't have forgotten my gas cap at the last fuel up .

I always had trouble finding a good spot for gas cap while fueling until I found this magnet. No more worry, I just unscrew it and put it on the ignition switch. It’s a small magnet but powerful. Or you can stick it to handlebar or gas tank.

By the way, did my 1,068 miles (Baltimore to Florida) for my saddlesore 1,000 in 2019 at age 72. Did the same ride last year; did not apply for saddlesore.
Rode down last week, did 725 miles in one day and stayed over for the night. Wasn't tired, just did not feel like riding at night.
I’m longest was that exact run, but from Orlando to Baltimore, back in 2008 when I had just gotten my street glide. Just last week I rode my Ultra to Asheville from Orlando and back. About 600 each way. The Ultra is so comfortable, could have gone even further….
