Default Just a quick thank you

I have been visiting this site since the beginning of 2012 when I was researching the purchase of 2012 streetglide. I learned a lot about my bike while reading these pages and passed on my new found knowledge to friends as they bought there new bikes. I bought my streetglide because I always wanted a Harley and the streetglide is still the best looking bike the moco makes, in my eyes any ways.
Alas, I always wanted a Goldwing and I found a deal on a new 2015 abs model that I could not turn down. My only wish is I could justify keeping both bikes but that is not a reality. I pick up my new ride on tuesday so I will be out putting my final miles on my glide.
I will still swing by from time to time to keep up with what is going on with the moco. I already know that I am going to miss the sound of my monster ovals and the rumble under my asse when idling at a red light. I had many good miles and smiles on this ride and loved everyone of them. Lots of good memories while giving both my wife and daughter their first ride on a motorcycle.

No experience here with a Wing, but lots of experience finding that wanting something turned out to be a lot better than having it.

Good luck, ride safe out there!

The Gold Wing is a nice bike.

But I'll make this prediction: I think what brought you to a Harley will eventually bring you back. Maybe not as your only bike, but back just the same. I enjoy hanging out with riders of all sorts so don't be a stranger.

+1. I echo those thoughts 100%.

I'd like to add a wing to the stable but I'll always have a Harley regardless.
