I went to the local dealership and test road their street glide demo with reinharts on the bad boy. As some of you may know, I have a Street Bob and decided to go bigger since the wife loves to ride with me. Nobody was kidding when they said that windshield/fairing spoils you. Of course you still get wind, but man oh man, it didnt beat me up like on my Dyna. I looked at the speedometer and was goin 70-80!!! I felt like I was goin only 55!!! And the RADIO. I was really excited when I revved it up, the volume cranked up as well. As soon as my Street Bob is sold, I'll be on my way to the dealership for a brand new Street Glide.....I will keep you guys informed!!!!! Thanks for lookin!!!!!

Dude buy the SG put a set of Hogtunes on it, a set of pipes and don't look back....

 

I just did the same thing...my V-Rod is in the shop, so I decided to rent an SG for the weekend. Oh, man. The kind of comfortable ride I've been trying to get outta my VR for two years now, straight stock. Smooth, easy ride, plenty to keep you comfortable, but doesn't feel like you're muscling an elephant around. I likes! I'm going to wait and see what '08 will bring, but I think I've found the new Fester-mobile.

 

He thats a nice bob ya got there, you shouldn't have any problems getting rid of her, welcome to the touring side of things......be careful tho it gets expensive over here.

If you liked the Street Glide, you should try the Electra Glide Classic.

 

hey boe, you know what i was at the dealer and a dude there was saying the same thing to me. im just digging on how the street glide looks, not a whole lot of chrome, just the engine area.

 

By the way all...... my Street Bob was just sold. I watched ride away into the sunset, well down the street. Kinda havin trouble trying to find a vivd black 07 street glide riight now in my area. If I cant get that by the end of the week, Im gonna go with black cherry. I will keep you all informed of the haps.
