I was lucky, the numbers came back and they were not close to our existing payments - about $120 more per month. I am sure my wife won't go for that.

I know the feeling. I love my 2008 but....really love the wider back fender of the 2009 and up. And so started the saga of me moving up to a 2009 or newer. Finally found a Sedona Orange 2011 with next to no miles. So right now I have 2. LOL But started moving all my goodies across on weekend. Gonna be a good summer

Get it man, Rushmore models are way to go. My dealer offered me a great deal, I think its because the 2017 are around the corner and they want to start unloading '16s. Got my road glide for 2k under msrp out the door, plus he threw in a 500 dollar jacket and a sissy bar. Go in there and try make a deal that would work for you. You can always walk away and not buy it.

Just as a PS on my issue, wife saw the Shovel on Friday and fell in love, it will be in the stable this weekend.

Resistance IS futile.

Me neither. When I talk about getting another bike, the wife usually asks What's wrong with yours?

Play the waiting game, in 4 months, my numbers changed a lot, If they got a bike sitting a while it starts costing them money, best time is last day of the month, maybe end of 1/4. Bought mine last day of April, first looked in november, 3- 4,000 $ difference, good luck

I've lost approximately $100,000 (exchanging toys) over the years. Mostly from not being happy.

Spending money is easy, anybody can do it. It's harder to save.

I recently talked myself out of a CVO Street glide. Therapy.......

why spend money you don't have (borrow) for something you don't need? you are happy with your bike... pay it off and start saving for the next one...
