the event when seen at a certain cell may not be at that location so pulling timing there probably will not have an effect. the 'ping' is just prior to when timing is pulled.
you have said that my tune is suggesting timing changes, try those or at least see where and compare to where the data shows. SEpro does not have that assist.
on mine if you have both front and back knock chosen it is on same line so look at them separately.

I've been working on making adjustments... pulled 2° and 3° of timing in the areas around the ping in addition to richer AFRs by .1 or .2 and seem to have hit on a good combination. It was rather warm the day I tried it and had no ping that I noticed. I did not get the chance to get on the highway and run at steady speeds yet. That will be the real test as that scenario makes it most noticeable. Finally a data recording run to see if any events show in the recording.
Yes, my software shows the same way.
