I've got basic mounts on my crash bar with the Willie G pegs from HD. I'm 6'4 with 32" inseam so completely understand about stretching out. I repositioned my pegs where I can rest my heel on the floorboard and toe on the peg. There are many different positions you can do to get comfortable, you just have to try for yourself and see what works. Good luck!

Tip to save money, ask the dealer if they have any take off pegs they would give you or sell cheap. Most dealers have a pile of stock parts they took off when buyers customize their bikes when new and the new owner didn't want. Stock pegs from a sporty or dyna work great.

I have the HD 360 mounts and they are awesome. They take some time to set up initially but that is only because the positions they allow are ridiculous. I am 6' 3" and they allow me to stretch my legs almost all the way with the feet on and still have the ability to put heels on pegs for full stretch.

I've got the short angled adjustable mounts and I still sometimes adjust their positions a little bit.
Honestly though this is really personal preference and leg length. When I asked what would fit me best the parts guy at my local dealership had me sit on a couple of used bikes they had for sale that had pegs on them. Those different options helped me narrow down what kind of mount I was going to need.
