Whats the point, its public info that is proudly displayed to anybody in eyesight of said rig when it is being operated.

LP blocked for your entertainment.

OP, facia looks good!

This fender has fender tip holes. Used double sided tape rather then drill holes in fender to mount facia. Wired facia tribar light to be both running and brake light.

Parts List
Custom Dynamics GEN-TRI-1-SMOKE (1 each)
Harley 2995 screws to hold light in (2each)
Harley 7499 nuts to hold fascia (6 each)
Harley 59818-09 Stud Plate Assy (2 each)
Harley 59749-06 Rear Fender Plug (2 each)
Harley 59739-09DH Fascia FLHX Black (1 Each) DH is black

Tips are pretty much what others have said: I cut the stud plate down to two bolts ... used them for the top two hole on fascia. I used 3M double sided tape for bottom area.
I made double sure of where I wanted it and marked the area and then drilled using small bit then to the bigger size. I used wife's clear nail polish to seal up the drilling (not sure how much it will seal up but at least it was something)
The 3 wires on the tri-bar are black is ground, red is brake and orange is running.
The hardest part on mine was cutting the oval hole so that I could use the saddlebag guard rails.

I've always wanted to do this to my Road King but could never get past the price.

Did this mod to my '02 FLHT. Most important part is marking where to drill the holes to insure proper alignment of facia on fender. I mocked the facia up with some painters tape on the fender to mark the three holes for the stud plate.

That looks great! I've never seen a SG fascia with a cutout for bag rails. How did you do that?

I used 1.5 inch keyhole saw and did the top and bottom and then used drummel to cut the sides and then I got hold of couple 3 inch diameter grommets and cut them to give it a nice finished look

You did a great job on it. It looks like it came from the factory that way.
