Roger that.... I always give a year or two to work things out.

I was looking to buy a good OEM shovel head like my first bike if I could find a good example of one... Then I heard rumors of a new engine and/or frame on the horizon. Something new v a '78 really peaked my interest.

Change can be good.... hard to teach this old dog that new trick...!

Why HD does not have a Streetglide "sport touring" with a better/lighter frame and beefy motor is beyond me. Maybe there are not that many riders like me that prefer it, but I'm sure it would sell better than some of their other attempts.

But we are talking about a company that has been followers, not inovaters. Rocker and Cross Bones... Nuff said!

How great would it be if Harley would offer that program!
Never going to happen but if it did - S&S is on my wish list

more aggressive cams than the air cooled versions.
Not true. Part #s are the same for air cooled and wet heads.
Different timing ( more advance ) and higher compression in the wet heads. There is only about a 1 ft lb difference in torque.

i have a few words to offer.

i bough a 15 sgs with the 103 ho. i upgraded to the 110 stage 3 kit before i took the bike. after intake pipes and the engine kit, the bike pulls like a train. i own a dyna with a stage 3 103 and my sgs rips it apart. i dont find it to be any more warm then the 103 with a stage 3.
the stock 110 doesnt hold a candle to the 110 stage 3 upgrade i did.

very pleased

I hope there are major changes coming, that way the rushmores as we know them will be old news and drop in price. Then I can get a deal on one for my wife

107" is a great choice. Mine will destroy a stock 110. The 120R will destroy my 107" easily.

Put your bets down on what the Motor Company will do for 2017 on their engines sizes.
