Default 2 into 1 on Road King?

Do 2 into 1 exhaust, like D&D or Fuel Moto Road n Track, like right on Road Kings? Or are Road Kings more traditional and look better with dual mufflers?

If its about looks, maybe 2-1-2? I went 2 into one on my electra glide and was glad I did.

By duals I meant dual mufflers. Thinking about a 2 into 1 but don't know if it would like right only having one muffler on a traditional looking Road King.

To me the bike looks unbalanced with a 2 into 1, everyone's taste is different.

If your building a motor 2 into 1. If not true duals look the best. All and all its whatever your after. I didn't like 2 into 1s until I built the motor on my dyna. The look grew on me and the bike ran awesome

I think the RK has the look for duals. If I happened to go 2-1 I'd go with a ghost pipe just because.

I thought the same thing about a 2-1 , but having a 2-1 for the past 5 years i am used to the looks and love the sound. I ran a dragos dragula 2 on my road king and now running a FM E-Series 2-1 on my UC. My vote is for 2-1

Wink

Traditional Harleys only had a 2-into-1 for donkey's years - it is only relatively recent that they went to two mufflers!
