That's why I never go to dealers.

Do yourself a favor when you service the pads, clean the calipers good with some brake clean and a toothbrush. Pistons too till they work smoothly, just don't let them pop out the bore.

Well worth the trouble, I do it to my ride a few time a year, but especially whenever I have the caliper off.

there is an instruction sheet on cleaning the calipers floating around here somewhere
