Default Thinking of stepping it up a knotch

Wondering how much hp/trq gains I can expect by upgrading by throttle body and injectors?

Currently running a 2011 Limited 103 / stage one and 255 cams. Pushing 98hp and 109 trq. Thinking about upgrading to a 58mm intake and Screaming Eagle Hi-preformance injectors.

I can get parts for just under six bills (if I do the work myself. HD wants $1150 for parts, install and tune.

Please give me some thoughts / advice.

Thanks

I would send existing to horsepower Inc. Better outcome and less expensive

Only about 2hp. Not really necessary if you have stock heads, especially given the price.

That's one happy Dyno. A "Stage 1" with 255 cams and no headwork or a corresponding bump in compression won't be anywhere near 98 hp and 109 tq. As stated above a bigger throttlebody and injectors may net you 2 hp, maybe not.

Total waste of time/money. Stock intake and injectors are good up to about 115hp in a 103. I have only seen one Dyno sheet with 255s making over 100 hp... If you are looking for more power: headwork and a cam swap...

Your next step should be head work to get the biggest gains.

I have the same bike with a 107", cams (Tman 600SM) and head work. Getting 109 hp/117 tq, still has the stock throttle body and injectors.
