If you're getting anything over 90hp with 255s, you're doing well. Those cams are very limited in the amount of hp they will deliver, due to the extremely short duration. Once the door is closed, you can't push more fuel into the chamber. There's no point in upsizing your throttle body, until you build a motor that requires more fuel. The stock throttle body is capable of more flow than you're able to use at this point.
