Are u guys running the megaphone dnt's or the straight cans? Like the look of the straight mufflers a bit better but bc of my ohlins 13" shocks I would have to go with the megaphone bc the axle bolt hits with the straight's, already talked to fuel moto about this issue and they stated the megaphone is the answer when running 13" shocks

Also, if you're thinking about getting the internal fluting, you're going to have to polish the flutes (pardon the pun) every so often, as they turn black from carbon.

Didn't think about that, thanks for the head up. Not a big deal bc i'm always cleaning/polishing the bike anyway, no worries if I have to polish my flute in the process!

Wonder what the sound difference is of the megaphone vs straight muffler. Also, my RK has stock 13" shocks. Are megaphone's required for any 13" shock or just the Ohlin's? The stock cans were pretty fat.

Not sure on that one, I would contact fuel moto about it. I would assume any 13" shock would require the megaphone for clearance issues. Fuel moto said the dnt is the only muffler they sell that doesn't have the indent on the inside to clear the axle bolt, damnit bassani!

True, but I would rather not take a hammer to a brand new $500 set of slip ons
