Mity Vac works great. Suck it out, then pump new shock fluid in.


You have to invert the shock to pump the fluid out, so it can't be done on the bike.


There is no check valve, so if you have a leak you will loose air pressure in both shocks.


I used 7wt. shock oil and reduced air pressure to 12lbs.

Seems like WAY more hassle then they are worth. Using a tool to adjust them is also a pain. I would just ditch the air shocks.
