Default Fender Risers

so I put a 21 inch front wbeel on my 03 flht the other day and am having clearance issues, I used the Avon cobra 120/70 tire. I'm only getting enough clearance to barely fit a butter knife blade width in between the fender and tire on the backside. was wondering if anyone has found a fender riser kit or anything like that. I've seen some online but says it doesn't fit an 03...any help would be appreciated

Reach out to HOG PRO, they are a sponsor here, maybe they can help as all I've seen are the Yaffe off-set ones for the 2014 and later models...

The reason your getting very few responses is because for ages, the lemmings have been regurgitating so much stupidity concerning 21 wheels and stock fenders, that when they see a real issue they don't know what to say. Refusing to accept that fender clearance is a real issue on certain bikes. For those that do experience clearance issues all that's generally needed is to drill out the rear mounting holes with a 3/8 drill bit, raise up the fender, and tighten it back up. Ride a day and retighten. If your still not feeling safe, (as mentioned above) they do sell one inch lift brackets that raise the fender. But they are overkill. They also make lowering the front end a problem. They are a cheap and easy solution, but all you really need is a small safety margin for tire growth. Hog Pro and Eastern Performance sell the brackets.
