So true. My I add it looks like a motorcycle not a bunch of plastic.

Lots of opinions here.... But I totally agree with this summary. Right on the money. Thanks.

the vote is in. Street glides outsell road glides 35 to 1. For every road glide that is sold worldwide, 35 street glides are sold. ( nah!, previous statement is BS,,,sorry )lol.

"Seventy-six trombones led the big parade"

35-1? Really? Wow !!!!
HD's gotta be lookin' at that.
Go to ANY dealer (around here) & the floor is nothin' but RG's & SG's.
(10-15 ea) A few Ultra's & CVOs.
"Maybe" one Heritage & a few Dyna's and a Road King or two.

Default Ha ha !!

I was kidding too . . . . But, I'll bet they sell at least 5 Street Glides
compared to 1 of any other model.

seems like the road glide is a good fit for our 6' and up brothers.
that doesn't make sense. one of the new fairing changes actually was to bring the fairing 1-1/2 inch closer to the rider..... but, your negative is my positive. I didn't like how close the fairing was on a batwing. I much prefer the open cockpit of the rg. oh, i'm 5'4'' too.

great. hope they keep on that way. I liked it when I had the only 'fugly' in the parking lot. now there is 10-15 of them. but, still better than the 200 black streetglides out there.... (now where I did I park my bike?)

SKRATCH,

Love the fact that Rigs like your and mine are soooo easy to find in a "Sea of Black" Street Glides!

I agree, the "TANK" is being over filled with new Sharks! Where were all the guys before the PreRUSHEDmores?

I liked it, and owned mine before they were cool!

Street Glides rule!

I really prefer the looks of the SG, but I have to admit, when I pulled up to my HD dealer the other day, there were a sea of used SG's sitting out front, and only one RG.

Hmmm...

Sure did like it when mine was the only one I saw while out riding for the day.
Now the newer models are traveling in herds....
My '08 still makes me smile, and thats all that counts in my book !!!
