Default Focal Speakers

My local dealer has Focal speakers on sale. I was thinking about a set, but they told me the 2014-2015 HD radio doesn't have a flash for the Focal to make them sound right. I have a 2015 limited. Anyone have any experience with this? I was going to get speakers and amp. I'm not sure why a flash would make a difference. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know why you would need a "flash" for these but I will say you can't go wrong with Focal speakers.
One of the best brands on the market.
I own a pair of their studio monitors and all I can say is I am one happy camper......

move your question to the audio section on this forum, and several guys will be able to help with your question, but there is a flash for adding amps and speakers, along with line levelers from biketronics which I believe eliminates the need to flash radio, don't know much about all that myself as my bike is a 2010 and I replaced everything radio, speakers ,amp.

They also made speaker pods for the 14 up tourpack to fit the speakers if you have tourpack

"flash" for factory radio doesn't seem right...with an amp and speakers...it would be just fine...+1 on the Focal Speakers...got 'em, luv 'em!
