Picked the bike up last night. Seems like the bars put my arms/handslittle lower BUT they are closer to me. Going to drive it for a few days and see what I think after going on a 1-2 hour rides. I may try adjusting them up a little bit this weekend. I would have to rate them more comfortable then stock though.

 

I did the wide glide bars after reading about them on here. First, I thought they looked odd on the road glide, second they were better as to reach but still lacked the feel I wanted. I changed them to heritage softail bars and got the look and feel I wanted. As with the wide glides,these had no cable or brake line issues.

 

The dealer was out of stock so my new set will be in Tuesday. I can't wait to get them on. I've been having a real problem with numbness in my right hand with the stock bars and if this cure it I'll be a happy guy.

 

I installed the RK Custom Bars on my RG. I love them! They worked great! They are very comfortable on long trips!

 

I just went for a 40 minute ride at lunch. I can say that the Wide Glide bars are much better than stock. They come back just about an inch further than the stock Road Glide Bars do. I would not mind another 1/2 to 1" either.........No jokes please[sm=icon_quiet.gif]
