just a guess ? its a grommet,keeps wires or cables from chaffing.

It's a Doo-hicky that one of your friends placed under your bike to drive you insane while they all laugh their asses off.

foot for a bipod or tripod or something, bump stop sure as heck is not a grommet for electrical because how could it fall off ??

I think it goes in my air pump. Sure fit nice on there anyways.

Best way to find out what it is from....is to throw it away. Can almost guaranty, two days after your trash is picked up, you will find where it came from.
I found a little plastic piece on my shed floor. Could not for the life of me identify it, so I tossed it a few days later. Sure enough, when I went to use my laser temperature gage.....the battery cover was missing. (I bet that piece I threw away would fit it...)
