My '07 FLHTC has 1200 miles. I started to notice this a few hundred miles ago. I just had my 1000 mile service. I hoped that service would fix it, but it didn't.

When I'm starting from a stop in 1st, when the clutch is almost completely released, I get a little buzzing feeling for the last little bit of clutch lever travel. This happens during just normal riding. From this description can you tell what's up, or do I need to show the problem to a dealer's service dept?
