O2 sensors codes on straight pipes with Fuel pack
So I have an 2008 Electraglide with about 40k miles I bought used. I love riding but ever since I bought it the "red key / code light" has been on somewhat consistently. I have the fuel pack but I'm trying to figure out if there's a way for me to program the fuel pack so that I don't have the codes come up and if that would be the reason why every so often I get a misfire. I actually had that happen on my way for a 45 minute ride here in NY with the temp in the 60's where I felt the bike stutter and then the engine suddenly dropped rpm's and wouldn't really accelerate. I pulled over and turned it off, then back on and it didn't have any other problem since. I thought it all might be intertwined but I wasn't sure if anyone had suggestions on what to do. I've pulled up info on the Fuelpack website for how to program but I thought I'd call them and see if there was anything in specific that I could do.
If anyone has experience with this I'd be glad for any helpful hints.
Forgot to mention that I have already bought sparkplugs (from NAPA) and went top of the line for best spark. Is there a brand/type anyone recommends?

the ecm requires plugs and wires which are stock spec- ( look up "ion sense")..."magic" spark plugs can cause running problems.
you have to look up the codes- how to has been posted
once you have the code numbers we can figure out the fault(s)
