I just finished doing mine a few weeks back, and I debated the same thing of 10 or 12 in. I wound up going with a 12 in KST Mayem Bagger Bars. I am very similar to you in size, and with these it almost eliminated all of the shoulder pain I was having and my hands sit maybe 1-1.5 in below my shoulders. I could have done them without changing the clutch/brake cable/line just by rerouting them, my install did how ever require wire extension. I love the look and feel of these bars, but will never try to run wires inside a set again.

No, they do not. You can cut the plug out and solder and shrink tube the wires together. The green plug is up near the grip. It makes it difficult to internal wire the bars. The plug is very fragile and causes issues. The Screamin Eagle TBW sensor doesn't have that plug, and I believe is a little longer overall.

I ran WO577 (Wild 1s 12 1/2") on my 11 Electra. I'm 6'1". I was running the hammock seat. I had the bars set 3/4" pulled back from what the dimensions read. I found they were perfect for me. I could ride all day, no discomfort. When running the stock bars, I got a lot of pinching discomfort and pain between the shoulder blades.

Is this the SE part I'm supposed to use? I think I might be more successful performing brain surgery on myself than installing these apes.
