Your post spawned a nagging issue I have... my stock left stock rotor is slightly warped. I'm on the lookout for a floating rotor with more than just 1 float.

Matrix Brakes makes the composite brake rotors for Lyndal but also sell directly as well. Not as many carrier choices but they are a lot cheaper and carry a lifetime gaurantee

Check out the HD accessory catalog. They have a few in there. The ones I put on my black bike mount with shoulder bolts and have spring washers for all of the mounting bolts. The shoulder keeps them from tightening down to hard on the rotor while the spring washers keep them from rattling but allow them to expand.

I rolled with polished stainless. I've never had to touch them at all. Just a swab down when cleaning my front rim and scrubbing my white walls.

Those are mine and I'm very pleased. With shipping I paid closer to $150. They are a great value IMO.
