Having trouble getting the radio to align with the brackets... Anyone else that's used these have the same issue?

Everything lines up good except the radio. The plates for the radio line up fine by themselves. Soon as you mount them to the radio you can only get one or maybe two screws in.

 

I had the same trouble getting my radio lined up. I did finally get it. I think I had to take it out a couple times.

 

Finally got it... Had to use a Dremel to open the radio mounting holes in the plates to gain some adjustment.

Simply would not go any other way.
