Default new bike, stock headpipes, use SB2 baffles

I've been getting lots of calls for baffle size suggestions on new touring bikes. If your bike is stock and you want to increase the sound by installing only slip-on mufflers, use the Big Louie with SB2 baffles. An example part # is 32001-SB2, chrome slash down. It has a 3" baffle on left and 2.5" on right. Minor changes from the standard baffle. Great sound, provides some back pressure and helps balance out the exhaust flow. Tuning is not required. If you upgrade with any type of aftermarket headers, I recommend the 2.25" baffles for most riders.

Tighten muffler clamps to 60-65 ft/lbs to ensure a good seal. Clean the chrome before starting the bike so hand and finger prints don't burn into the finish! Almost riding time for most of the country! Enjoy the warmer temps!

What do you mean, "for most riders"? I called you guys and was told with free flowing head pipes 2.50" would work good. Also your website states 2.25 or 2.50 for true duals. I'm totally confused. I purchased a set with 2.5" baffles, what can I expect?
