The later model front master cylinder has a different bore size than the early ones, and the brake lines are different. That said, I reused both components and the Brembo calipers. The brake lines bolted right up. I have often wondered if swapping to the later model master cylinder and lines would be better. The early rotors are 11.5 inch, and the Enforcer discs are 11.8.

It's odd that an 08 doesn't have Brembo calipers. Never seen that.
This going on the presumption that this is actually an 08 SG.

Because the OP said it was an 08. Presuming he knows what he's got.

Yes, logic says use what they say, but sometimes you have to just Forget that...people say a lot of things.

Especially when it doesn't matter in terms of a solution.

I'm just as puzzled as you guys. Took it into the local shop and they didn't understand why either. But Vin #'s match up as an 08. I've got some brembos on order. One guy did mention to me it could have been a hold over from 07 and ended up getting registered as an 08. Still wouldn't make sense to me. If you guys find a legitimate answer let me know because I've been puzzled over this myself for a few days now

You been asked a few times but you have not answered yet, do you have a 6 gallon tank and do you have throttle cables or is it fly by wire? That will tell us loads.
