Default Brake Relay Switch

I was going through my bike this morning, turn the ignition on and decided to check all my lights, running lights and turn signals working and when I touched the brake pedal, both foot and hand, the brake lights didn't light up and I noticed a "clicking sound" when I touch the brake pedal and hand brake.....opened the fuse panel cover and placed my finger on the relay and I could feel it tap as I touched the brake.....would it be safe to assume that the brake relay is bad?
I have limited tech skills.....thanks

I'd think that the relay clicking means it's OK. What bike do you have?,how many brake lights? [My bike has one brake light on the fender, but two in the tour pak] So,if my brake lights didn't work,I'd suspect more than just a bulb.

Default Brake relay

So I am also having a break light issue. Seems like I have 12v to brake light relay in fuse panal but I do not have brake voltage at at the connector under the seat going to the brake light. Relay is clicking like its working but no power at harness for brake light.

It's one thing to have 12V to the relay, but it's another thing to have 12V from the relay.

Default Relay

I swapped the relay out with a new one and still no voltage at the wiring harness.. Wondering if anyone has had this issue, maybe the connector is bad internally or at the back of fuse panal.

Which bike are we talking about? Also, did the brake light just quit working all of a sudden? Had you done anything to the bike before this started happening?
