Default Damaged Head Fins - Repairable??

Quick question, can head fins be repaired? I have a set with minor damage, small dent, small chip, scratches, etc. Just wondering if they can be saved.

you can file and block sand them and respray if needed

Or just go to a swap meet, you can find them cheap enough.....
