I have an 01 RKC. On most of the roads I travel it willtracktrue. Noticed a "slight" tendancy to drift to the left yesterday on some of the roads here. It was not all the time and I could easily balance it back to keep it straight. I agee with with you about the chrome, I don't think that has anything to do with it. Wheel alignment or crown in the roadway? I dunno.

If the clutch cable is not routed correctly it will cause this.

I laughed my *** off when I read the "chrome primary" comment. Dude, he HAD to be joking........

Check the clutch cable and the alignment of the bike. Also, sometimes the handlebars are tweaked to one side or the other, causing you to sit ****-eyed in the saddle. Then when you release the bars, it will lean toward where you are seated. Just a thought. I have found that I don't always sit evenly in the saddle, and at those times, the bike will drift whenI let go of the bars. May just be me, though. If it ain't that, check the clutch cable, and then finally go to the dealer to have them check the alignment. I would suggest another shop, seems like the one you went to is full of crap. JMHO
