Thinging about getting a GPS - TOMTOM rider looks like a good one - Just wondering which way to go. Need some feed back Please

I bought a tomtom and hated it so I returned it. It's navagation was terrible. It kept routing me off routes only to route me back on. I then bought a Nuvi which is awesome. I would suggest any Garmin.

The Garmin Zumo 550 is sweet too.

I really like mine. Lotsa functionality and it comes with two mounts ~ one for the bike and another for the car.

Shop around. I got mine delivered (overnight) for $689 from PCNation.com

Zumo 550 here also. Works great and comes with a cradle for the car and motorcycle. Also, Bluetooth , MP3 player, etc. Cost is about $670.

I have no experiance with a TomTom however a friend bought one and a week later returned it and bought a Garmin. I have a Garmin 2720 and love it. Zumo is the next generation GPS from Garmin and every thing posted is positive.

You still can get lost with a GPS it is just a controled lost!

Garmin & also look at the small handhelds i.e., GPSMAP 76 series.

one of these HD forums has a used Garmin 2610 will all the stuff, including motorcycle mounts, for $300 from a brother biker. the 2610 is not in production, but is still one of the better ones around.
